2nd day in BALI
Uluwatu Temple (don’t worry for your clothing, they offer sarong at the entrance) (if you get close to the monkeys, beware that they can steal your loosed items or even sunglasses But no need to be scared) Kuta Beach (just park nearby on the street or at the garage of the big nice mall behind the beach, with supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants) Eat a lovely and cheap plate of nasi goreng on the beach. 3rd day in Bali
A Balinese breakfast with fresh coconut and mango pancake. Day trip to West, Ulun Danu Beratan Temple. On the way back famous but amazing Jatiwiluh Rice Terraces. (Rent a buggy car to go around the fields, it really worths! Don’t risk to get lost in the fields under the sun :)) Stop by in any coffee plantation you see on the road and have a nice Balinese coffee and tasting experience. Return back to Ubud, take some pictures at the Lotus Temple, walk around in the cozy streets of Ubud. Buy tickets for tomorrow’s Legong Barong or Kecak dance shows) Dinner at the Casa Luna. 4th day in Bali
This day is dedicated to lovely Ubud. Goa Gojah Temple (if you are lucky to get across the Hindu Priest, you can get a blessings like locals.) Monkey Forest (at the parking lot, there is a little kiosk with coffee and Balinese snacks. You can sit on the little chairs with locals and admire a little rice field in front of you.) Legong&Barong Traditional Dance Show at the Ubud Palace. Dinner in one of the cozy restaurants in the center. |
